Yesterday we started replacing 7 skylights on a dome house in Laurel. While working on removing the leaking skylights we ran into several spots of rotted plywood. This is unfortunately a common occurrence when we replace or remove skylights. What starts as a very small leak will over time turn into a costly repair.
Not to worry though, with the right company and correct diagnosis the problem can be fixed and you can stop worrying every time it rains or snows.
