Lots of folks want gutter guards these days, but we’re not fans. Here are few things to consider before investing in them:
-Guards make it harder to inspect gutters for problems
-Guards do not block smaller debris like seed pods, which sill pose a problem
-Guards impede the flow of water during hard rainfall, causing large overflow
-Guards DO NOT preclude the need for regular cleaning!
