We can help!
- We will inspect your roof, then advise you in writing of any repairs, maintenance issues or possible replacement suggestions.
- Inspection fee – $200.00 and up depending on size, steepness and location. Inspections can include a write up and pictures.
- If work is necessary the cost of the inspection is refunded into the price of the repair/replacement.
- All real estate transactions are subject to a minimum fee of $285.00. This fee is due at time of appointment. If any recommended work is performed, the fee will be credited back at time of invoicing.
